The demonstrations and riots in the last 12 days were provoked by forces who, seeing the impeachment fail, then seeing that the COVID-19 virus inevitably fading, watched the social alarm of the pandemic waning, and seeing the economy beginning to recover, required another disruptive force.  So those sinister forces took aggressive control of peaceful demonstrations mourning the tragic death of George Floyd because rogue Police Officers did not follow the standard restraint procedures taught to all Police Officers. 

Those forces provoked very violent riots, looting, and arson, to create anarchy and the violent civil disturbances in 140 cities across the nation in order to support their political agenda of dividing the nation along racial lines (attacking and injuring more than 400 Police Officers, while shooting and killing other Police Officers). The Ultimate goal of those Marxists, led by Black Lives Matter (infiltrated by Antifa), is to first defund Police Forces, and replace them by radical leftist militia.   

Antifa and Black Lives Matter Domestic Terrorists knew that violent riots, looting, and arson would result in responses from Police Forces in the 140 cities where riots were well organized and staged to commence at about the same time each night.  They knew Police Forces would be trying to protect citizens from attacks and businesses from being looted, would be trying to prevent fires from being ignited and would be intent on bringing back law and order in their cities, which would be their legitimate responses to the riots.

Law Enforcement Officers across the nation are well aware and saddened by the tragic death of George Floyd by the actions of rogue Police Officers who did not follow the standard restraint procedures taught to all Police Officers.  The peaceful demonstrations in memory of George Floyd have been highjacked by Black Lives Matter and Antifa, turning those demonstrations into violent riots, looting of businesses, and anarchy.   

Black Lives Matter (BLM) is an international movement; it has 16 chapters in the US and Canada, and campaigns to call attention to violence against black people by Police Officers.  BLM regularly protests police brutality and police shootings of black people, and degrades the moral character and respect for Police Officers.    

When Obama was the occupant of the Oval Office, he held meetings in The White House with the leaders of Black Lives Matter (which can be viewed in the below listed video with Bill Whittle, in meetings with Obama and then Attorney General Loretta Lynch).   

Obama raised large amount of funds in a short period of time to fund Black Lives Matter with $130 million, in order to help BLM expand its activities and demonstrations throughout the nation, before the last presidential election to provide funding for BLM to oppose the election of Donald Trump. 

Since 2013, BLM has organized over 3,000 protest demonstrations and has become a movement employing very violent tactics aimed at instilling fear in Police Officers, with the ultimate goal in defunding police forces.  BLM was founded by three black women Alicia Garza age 39, who supports trans and gender non-conforming people of color, Patrisse Cullors age 36, who identifies herself as a queer activist, and Opal Tometi age 36, an Nigerian-American who was a community organizer.

“Every four years the black community takes the media bait.  They find one tragedy and are able to get enough athletes and rappers to hype it so black youth believe that that they have no choice but to riot and destroy themselves because the world is against them.” - Candace Owen    

The lawless riots and arson in the streets of America, day after day, led by well-organized members of Antifa and Black Lives Matter Domestic Terrorists, will not attain justice for the tragic and unjust custody death of George Floyd, because of the actions of rogue police officers who failed to follow standard restraint procedures.  

The mayor of Minneapolis abdicated his authority, ordered his police force to pull back, and not confront the demonstrators while they were looting businesses.  It emboldened demonstrators and resulted in anarchy, small businesses being burned out, a police precinct being burned, the US Post Office to be burned, the looting of liquor stores, a Wells Fargo Bank to be broken into, police cars to be set on fire, and the massive looting of businesses like Target, Office Max, Dollar Store, etc.

Since General George Washington commanded the Continental Army, forty-two million Americans have served under the American Flag. In the past 244 years, one million American military personnel have been killed in the defense of the Republic, and another million and a half have been wounded.

Each year on Memorial Day weekend we honor American Patriots who have given the “last full measure of devotion” in their service to the Republic, so their fellow Americans could live their lives free from oppression.

We not only honor American Combat Veterans who gave up their tomorrows, we also honor Veterans who were wounded, and other members of the US Armed Forces who were separated from their loved ones for long periods, often going into “Harm’s Way”.

On this Memorial Day weekend, the Republic’s most sacred and cherished Patriotic holiday, the nation solemnly pays homage to the thousands of Gold Star Families for the loss of their loved ones, and for the enormity of their sacrifice!

There are so many questions, unknowns, and uncertainties about the COVID-19 Virus; this Op Ed will reveal some unknown facts and try to clarify some complex issues.  One thing that is certain, if there is not a balance between protecting lives from the pandemic, and getting the economy started in a safe manner, more people will die from stress or get into drug use because of the failed economy, than will die from the pandemic.  It is obvious that millions of Americans want to go back to work to save their homes and feed their children.  The increased testing which has been done on over 10 million Americans should help facilitate both goals to occur simultaneously.

Sweden has remained unflappably calm during this annual flu season and the COVID-19 pandemic threat.  They have allowed their retail and general businesses to largely remain open.  Sweden counted on their citizens to individually take mature responsibility to follow healthy hygiene procedures, to protect themselves during the flu season that ended in the spring, and from the possible threat of COVID-19.  Gatherings of more than 50 people have been banned, and citizens over 70 and those who feel ill are encouraged to stay home, while children who would otherwise need care are in school.  

Beside Sweden, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Taiwan, Iceland, Singapore, and 8 US states have “not” been following all of the oppressive and restrictive hygiene recommendations required for the entire US population. Gary Sinise and Connie Stevens hosted a luncheon in Studio City for a large group of endorsed Combat Veterans For Congress.  Gary is a friend of the Combat Veterans For Congress, and Connie has been on the Board of Directors of the Combat Veterans For Congress PAC for 10 years.  We wanted to bring attention to Gary’s selfless and continuing effort to Honor members of the Greatest Generation who are WWII Veterans.  

Gary has been making arrangments to cover the cost for WWII Veterans to visit the National WWII Museum in New Orleans, LA.  Those Veterans didn’t go into combat to subjugate people, they went into combat to liberate millions of enslaved and oppressed people.  

In 1940, young men had to be 17 years of age, in order to enlist in the US Armed Forces.  Since the war ended in 1945 and this video was shot in 2017, the youngest surviving WWII Veteran in the video would have had to been 88, many were over 90.  US citizens and school children honored those WWII Veterans in the video for their service in their defense of the Republic by writing letters of appreciation to them.  In the video on the Veterans’ return flight home, during “Mail Call”, those letters are being opened and read by the Veterans.

California Democrats voted to make Ballot Harvesting legal in California.  It is the only state in the nation where it is now legal (Ballot Harvesting is illegal in every other state in the union, and practicing it would result in prosecution and jail terms for violators in the other 49 states).  The new destructive California voting regulations, along with the passage of Ballot Harvesting by the Democrat-controlled California Legislature, has made Voter Fraud very difficult to detect or oppose in California.

Americans have become aware that the nation is engaged in a “life-and-death” struggle to ensure the US Constitutional Republic survives!

The Democrat flawed partisan impeachment of President Donald J. Trump, violated the US Constitution created by the Founding Fathers, and was also a frontal attack on the US Justice System.  Democrats refused to give the President of the United States the legal rights every American has, to be represented by an attorney and to call witnesses in one’s defense.  At the end of World War II, the Nazis war criminals tried at Nuremberg, had more legal rights than the President of the United States was accorded by Democrats during their partisan impeachment in violation of federal law.  

Pelosi refused to allow President Trump to have legal representation or to have any witnesses in his defense, during the least thorough, most rushed, unfair Democrat “kangaroo court” impeachment in the 246 year history of the nation.  The two Articles of Impeachment did not specify high crimes or misdemeanors, nor did they specify any crimes were committed at all, yet the flawed partisan impeachment was approved by a rushed vote of only Democrats in the US House of Representatives.

Article II of the US Constitution specifies that the US President can be impeached for "treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors".  Article II states that a US President must have committed a CRIMINAL offense before he can be impeached.  President Trump did not commit a criminal offense.  He was impeached for (a) Obstruction of Democrats in Congress (not a federal crime) and (b) for Abuse of Power (not a federal crime).  Pelosi’s Democrats violated and subverted the US Constitution by voting to approve impeachment based on no crime.

For over 40 years Iran has been at war with the United States, and the Terrorist Master, Soleimani, who planned and coordinated Iran’s violent attacks against all US forces, killing and maiming thousands of members of the US Armed Forces in Lebanon, Iraq, and Afghanistan.  

Most recently, Soleimani led the effort of Iran’s shoot down of a 20 million dollar drone flying over the Persian Gulf; the US did not respond.

Iran next attacked on Saudi ARAMCO’s crude oil refining center in eastern Saudi Arabia, one of America’s allies, with rockets and cruise missiles; the US did not respond.

Iran then attacked two large crude oil takers on the high seas in the Persian Gulf threatening freedom of navigation; the US did not respond.

The US had been showing enormous restraint, as it had during Iran’s targeting and killing of 600 US military personnel in Iraq and Afghanistan at the hands of the Terror Master, Soleimani, which also maimed  hundreds of thousands of other US military personnel for life.

When Iran perpetrated their next violent attack on US military personnel at a military base in Iraq, killing one American and wounding four other Americans, the US finally responded and struck and killed the 25 attackers.

Iran mobilized its terrorists to storm and occupy the US Embassy in Baghdad which is actually an attack on US soil.  The US had enough, and responded with a surgical military strike that took out the perpetrator of all the previous attacks, and many more attacks on the US over the last 40 years, the Terrorist Master, Soleimani.

My New Years wish is that the nation's youth may be made aware of the below listed superb explanation of the timeless motto of the US Military Academy at West Point, submitted by Colonel Sam Holliday, USA (Ret), West Point Class of 1948.

It is our hope that the nation's youth, especially the 51% of them who now support Socialism, instead of The Free Enterprise System and the United States Constitutional Republican form of government, can be made aware of the meaning of the motto, Duty, Honor, Country by those who receive this Op Ed.

The double standard manifested itself by exposing Obama’s “Politically Correct” Flag and General Officers, Obama’s holdovers at DOD, and the left of center liberal media establishment when they raised unending complaints for many weeks because President Trump re-instated a heroic combat warrior’s rank, after he was found “not guilty” in a Courts Martial.  There was no need to pardon the warrior, SOC Edward “Eddie” Gallagher, USN (SEAL), like Obama pardoned the traitor, Chelsea Manning.

The events that led to the Court Martial of Chief Gallagher began when his SEAL Platoon, as a unit of SEAL Team SEVEN was in combat in Iraq in 2017 (his SEAL Platoon consisted of three Officers, one Chief, and 13 enlisted SEALs).  Chief Gallagher removed two members of his SEAL Platoon from the field of battle for poor performance.  Their removal from combat operations would not have occurred without the express approval of the three SEAL Officers in the chain of command in Iraq.

On November 11th, Veterans Day, and every day, Americans are appreciative of Veterans for their service in the defense of the Republic when they were once active members of the US Armed Forces.  We remember and “Honor” military personnel who gave the last full measure of devotion in defense of the Republic and were lost in combat.

In certain cases, many years after being honorably discharged, a Veteran eventually succumbed to a combat injury that occurred while he was in combat on active duty.  Col John W. Ripley, USNA ’62, USMC (Ret) (Navy Cross) (Distinguished Graduate of the US Naval Academy) is one of those many well known “Honorable” Veterans.

The US Marine Corps was formed on November 10, 1775 by the Second Continental Congress with the first Marines enlisting under Commandant Samuel Nicholas, but it wasn’t until 1921 that the Marine Corps began celebrating that historic day officially as its birthday by reading Marine Corps Orders No. 47 (Series 1921).  

The Commandant of the Marine Corps, Major General John A. Lejeune, issued Order No. 47 on November 1, 1921, and instructed it to be read to the US Marine Corps on the 10th of November, 1921, and thereafter on the 10th of November of every year.  Should the order not be received by the 10th of November, 1921, it should be read upon receipt.

We honor all US Marines not only on this November 10th, the US Marine Corps’ 244th Birthday, but on every day.  Over the last 10 years, 35 of the 123 endorsed Combat Veterans For Congress were elected to Congress, and 36 of those 123 endorsed Combat Veterans For Congress, were US Marines; they are listed on the Endorsements and Alumni pages of our Web site.  

Eight of the 36 US Marines that were endorsed as Combat Veterans For Congress were elected to Congress.  Those US Marines who have served their country in combat as US Marines, and subsequently continued their service to the Republic as members of US House of Representatives are Cong John P. The Combat Veterans For Congress PAC is calling for the support of homeless Veterans, at a rally to be held on the corner of Wilshire Blvd and San Vincente in West Los Angeles, CA on November 10, 2019 at 1:00 PM; the day before Veterans Day, November 11th.  The timing is appropriate to bring attention to the estimated 4,500 homeless Veterans sleeping on the streets of Los Angeles, among the 60,000 homeless people sleeping on the streets of the City and County of Los Angeles.

The below listed flyer includes a statement by the Combat Veterans For Congress PAC, calling for authorities to take action to provide housing for homeless Veterans sleeping on the streets of Los Angeles.  The VA has a very large parcel of land in West Los Angles that was deeded to Veterans in 1888 for the purpose of developing housing for homeless and disabled Veterans.  Instead of providing housing for homeless Veterans, The Department of Veterans Affairs inappropriately developed the Veterans’ land as a public/dog park, rent-free, for the benefit of wealthy residents of Brentwood.  Senator Feinstein’s and Congressman Lieu’s (D-CA-33) won’t support construction of housing for homeless Veterans on Veterans land being used for a park for their wealthy supporters in Brentwood.

The City and County of Los Angeles must take action to preclude the spread of Medieval diseases by exterminating the rapidly growing rat population; rats can be the source of typhus and bubonic plague, which is spread by fleas who infest the rat population.  Citing Federal Health and Safety Laws, and Federal Environmental Statutes, the Mayor of Los Angeles and the Governor of California have the authority to direct city and state employees to remove the rubbish, tents, drug paraphernalia, needles, and human waste from the streets of Los Angeles.

For the first time in 243 years, a 4-star decorated and retired US Navy Admiral, Admiral William McRaven, violated the ethos of military professionalism by authoring an Op Ed for release in the New York Times.  McRaven openly attacked the President of the United States and brayed for the removal of the President, stating it is time for a new person in the Oval Office—“the sooner, the better.” 

What does he mean by “sooner”?  Despite the fact that Admiral McRaven knows the Presidential election will take place in one year, he wants the President removed hurriedly.  He is encouraging the public to remove the US President, before all American citizens can exercise their Constitutional right to vote to re-elect President Trump in 2020.  McRaven has been a consistent, vociferous critic of the President, even prior to his election.  McRaven is no longer content with being critical, he has joined with Democrat Socialists and others like George Soros, who for three years, has been funding the effort to void the election of President Trump.

McRaven is subtly alleging that he is a spokesman for current and former members of the military.  Consider his audacity, appropriating for himself the moral authority to speak for all members of the US Armed Forces, when a large majority of members of the US Armed Forces, retired career military personnel, and veterans voted for President Trump, and current polls show they will vote for him again. 

During their training to become Military Officers, to their commissioning, and during their service, it is instilled in every Military Officer, subject to the US Code of Military Justice, to follow the lawful orders of the Commander-in-Chief, and not to participate in any attempt to remove a sitting President of the United States in a Coup d’ Etat.

The letter sent to Speaker Pelosi and four House Committee Chairmen, from the White House Counsel to the President notified them that the Executive Office of the President will not cooperate with the secret “Impeachment Inquiry” that was initiated by a speech Pelosi made at a Press Conference.

The investigation taking place in the House of Representatives is taking place in secret, behind closed doors, that prevents Republican members of Congress from having any rights at all; the Democrat majority is preventing witnesses from being called by Republican members of the House to testify and contest the invalid testimony of Democrat witnesses.  

The “Impeachment Inquiry” should have been initiated by a vote of the US House of Representatives.  In response to the White House Press Corps questions, President Trump stated that he would fully cooperate with an “Impeachment Inquiry” if the US House of Representative would hold a vote to initiate it, in accordance with Congressional precedence that previously initiated the “Impeachment Inquiries” of President Nixon and President Clinton, with the then vote of the full House of Representatives.

Instead of releasing the full testimony of Ambassador Paul Volker, taken in secret behind closed doors, that exonerates the President of the false allegations made by Democrats that allege President Trump threatened the President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine with the loss of military aid.  Instead, the House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff leaked a very brief portion of Volker’s 7 hour testimony, to drive Schiff’s negative narrative about the conversation that President Trump had with the President Zelensky.

Over the last 3 years, President Trump has worked to improve the economy, reduce unemployment, improve trade agreements with foreign countries, strengthen the US Armed Forces, improve national security, reenergize production in the US, reduce job killing regulations, build a wall on the southern border to prevent hundreds of thousands of Illegal Aliens, terrorists, and drugs from entering the US, aggressively prosecute the worldwide effort to defeat terrorists, etc.  

Yet President Trump has been repeatedly and unmercifully attacked, non-stop daily, by the Democrat Socialist Party, the left of center liberal media establishment, the deep state, and left leaning network commentators.  The intent has been to disenfranchising the votes of 63 million Americans who elected candidate Donald J. The Worldwide War on Terrorism, Operation Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and the war in Afghanistan has resulted in: 

….Over 1,600 Combat Veterans returned home having lost at least one limb or more. Many more have lost appendages (toes and fingers).

….Over 160 Combat Veterans returned home with a total loss of sight, and thousands now have permanent impaired vision.

….Over 177,000 Combat Veterans have suffered hearing loss, and another 355,000 are suffering from tinnitus.

….Over 400,000 Combat Veterans have returned home suffering from PTSD.

….And an average of 22 Veterans are committing suicide every day.

This is a critique of an article published by the US Naval Institute  https://blog.usni.org/posts/2019/07/29/has-the-naval-academy-gotten-soft.  The author is suggesting the US Naval Academy (USNA) should have a more relaxed teaching environment, similar to the environment at Liberal Arts Colleges.  Some of the screened USNA applicants, illegally admitted as a specific percentages by sex and race of the Plebe class, in violation of a Supreme Court ruling, make up a percentage of Midshipmen matriculating at the US Naval Academy who, together with the USNA Female Mafia are continuing in their efforts to degrade the military character and training at the USNA.  

The Midshipman who wrote the article was lobbying to eliminate military drills/parades, and relax discipline at USNA; the article would never have been approved to be published by any of the former Superintendents.  The author and other Midshipmen ignore the fact that the US Naval Academy was established in 1845 for one purpose, and one purpose only, to commission US Navy & US Marine Corps Officers to lead the Navy & Marine Corps in combat operations against enemies who threaten the Republic.

Beginning in April 1915 and continuing through 1923, 1.5+ million Armenians, 549,000 Assyrians, and 648,000 Greek Christians, in their ancestral homeland of Mesopotamia and Persia were systematically exterminated in the Genocide perpetrated by the rulers of Ottoman Empire; they unleased the Turkish Army, Kurdish Tribesmen, and Islamic Militants to murder every Christian, regardless of their ethnicity.   

Christians were brutally shot, beheaded, dismembered, crucified, drowned, buried alive, and their corpses were dumped into wells, in order to make the water supply undrinkable.  Some Christian villages armed themselves and tried to resist, with negligible success.  The most successful course of action was for Christians to flee their ancestral homelands, with the help of Christian missionaries, to legally migrate to the United States, Sweden, Austria, Germany, France, England, etc.   

The Genocide of Christians that began in 1915 has not ended.  It continues to this day in the Middle East, Europe, the United States, and Africa, with the support of The Muslim Brotherhood International Terrorist Organization.  The Muslim Brotherhood was founded by Hassan al-Banna in Egypt in 1928, and it subsequently facilitated the creation of countless Radical Islamic Terrorists groups worldwide.
